For today’s series we’re going to talk about our pastries and sweets that we sell here at the shop.
Did you know that we bake all our pastry here on site? Yes, all the pastries in our display is mixed, produced, and baked here in our shop. For instance, our Lengua de Gato is piped by hand, baked, and packed by our team. Also, our empanada dough is mixed, rolled, and cut here on site. We cook our filling, fold it, and bake them too! Pan de sal, ensaymada, macaroons, cookies, cookie butter,…the list goes on! All of them are made from scratch here in our kitchen, and they’re all our family recipes!
